School Money
At Riverside Academy, we use a facility which enables you to make payments online for the majority of school activities such as dinners, trips, clubs, music and swimming. As parents and carers, you can make secure online payments, which you can track at your own convenience.
Our school money (eduspot) allows for a more efficient payment collection system in a secure and safe environment. Please find the website at www.schoolmoney.co.uk or phone the school office who will happily send you a ‘welcome message’. It is essential that your contact details remain up to date.
We have set it up so that parents and carers receive a password contained within a text message and email. This can be amended to a personal password after initial set up. Please read the instructions for using online payments as detailed below and feel free to contact us if you require further assistance.
Credits/Repayments
If your child is absent or on a school trip and a refund is required because you have already paid for a dinner, then the school office will put a credit against the dinner booked and this will appear as a credit for the following week or taken off any account arrears. Dinners registers will be marked daily by the office staff, so this should happen within 24 hours.
More than one child at the school?
For each child you will receive a text message so the child has their own account. However, if you sign in for one child’s account the rest of their siblings payments can be viewed and paid for, making it easy and straightforward to pay your child’s expenses. If you cannot access the child’s siblings on the same account then please phone school and we will try and link their accounts.
What happens if I forget my password?
Don’t worry, the school can resend your password details, just speak to someone in the school office.
If you come across any problems with logging on or you would like to query anything showing in your system, please contact the school office directly. If needed, school will contact school money on your behalf.
